Woven Type Corrugator Belt Used For BHS,JS,TCY,Champion, Fobser Corrugation Line
The weaving of the high speed belt is divided into three layers. The two surface woven structures of the belt are different from the woven structure with the core. Their woven structure is different from the medium and low speed belts to accommodate high vehicle speeds. The surface of the belt is twill to reduce noise. The facing material and the core material of the belt are also different to increase the friction coefficient of the surface.
These belts provide to carry the papers which using in corrugated paper production machines.
The five-layer woven structure and blended materials make the belts continuously resist extreme operating conditions like high temperature, tension, moisture, pollution and friction etc., longer working life has been proven.
