(One) Our company has implemented a whole-process tracking management system for products from the factory to the effective life of products. The specific measures are as follows:
1. Establish product technical file management system
One machine one file, including product assembly acceptance qualification registration, product delivery status, product installation and debugging person, customer situation, technical person, use training and employment certificate, technical and quality record of warranty period and maintenance period, and resolution record, to ensure the quality assurance of each sold product.
2. After-sales service guarantee system system
2.1 Machine installation
Our company sends professional operation engineers to take charge of the installation and debugging of the equipment.
2.2 Technical training
After the arrival of the equipment, two operators will be trained free of charge (for 5 working days) for users, and professional technical training engineers will be responsible for the training.The main training content is:
The whole machine structure introduction, adjusting method of feeding and transport unit, main motor structure and operation methods and precautions of each switch, daily maintenance of the machine, etc.
After finish training, the operator will be evaluated in theory and practice, be able to operate and understand the principle of mechanical performance, and be able to perform daily operation, maintenance and maintenance of the machine.
The trainer shall have the final decision on whether the operator can be operated to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2.3 Regularly visit
After installation, the after-sales technical service engineer will visit once within three months, Listen to the customer's advice, guide the operator to use correctly and pay attention to the maintenance of equipment; From the 4th month to the 12th month, the after-sales technical service engineer will visit the company twice.
2.4 One year warranty, lifetime maintenance
From the date of purchase, our company will provide users with free debugging, maintenance and parts replacement services within one year, however, our company will charge the cost of major parts for accidents caused by improper manual operation and non-mechanical quality problems. During debugging and maintenance, the user should responsible for the expenses of freight,our engineers’ return air tickets; board and lodging, transport and all related fee in side of the customer.
One year after the date of purchase, our company will provide technical assistance to the user when all the equipment fails, charge the cost of the defective parts and provide users with paid maintenance services, including fault repair and replacement of original parts.
(Two) This guarantee shall have legal effect and shall not be invalidated due to the change of company's development.
(Three) We constantly improve our products according to the needs of users, and make our products more humanized through unremitting efforts to make your operation more convenient and comfortable.
